Shipping & Return Policy


MYDEENSTORE.COM ships to all states in Malaysia. We use POS MALAYSIA PARCEL for most of our online orders. POS MALAYSIA is able to ship to most cities and towns in the Peninsular Malaysia; however you should allow 1-2 business days in case any unexpected delays. East Malaysia orders may often take 2 to 3 extra days, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

  1. Currently we only ship within Malaysia.
  2. We use our own shipping rates to cover our cost.
  3. Please note that some products require different shipping cost.



If you purchased a product from our web site and it is defective, you may exchange any defective item for the same item by simply returning the item along with a note stating that it is defective. We will verify the goods conditions before the refund is validate. We regret to advise that we do not entertain any returns which had been received more than 7 days and without our knowledge. So, please inform us within 7 days upon received the merchandise.

We do not refund the shipment charges, only the total value of the product will be refund. We will be issue you a credit note to deduct from your next purchase.
